As a part time beauty consultant and painter, this is my favorite line from the literary classic, "The Coldest Winter Ever,"
"His woman was supposed to be the showstopper. Momma didn't work 'cause beauty, she said, was a full-time occupation that left no room for anything else."
My translation on this quote is, "Beauty is HARD-GRIND." Ok so, if you got the "Extensive Food Guide for Healthy Hair," you are going to appreciate this recipe below. Yes this is my second time blogging this book. This time because of the recipe below.
The recipe below comes from the studying of this book. And it will amplify your hair health and is a perfect recipe to eat consistently if you are on the TRAP QUEEN DIET.
To maximize the grind effect of this recipe, if you don't have a loaf pan already, order this classic loaf pan from definitely a grinder Ayesha Curry.

HAIR FOOD

Speaking of hair food. To be consistent with the recipe above, try using Blue Magic's Hair Food with WHEAT GERM and coconut. Heard this bottle grows the hair for sure... also, when it comes to trappin' being an ethnicity. There are certain foods associated with trap culture. Vitamin Meatloaf is one of them! Speaking of the Coldest Winter Ever, Brand New Nigerian trapstress Ms. Banks hot new album is called thus!
