Directions:

1. Empty one box of banana box cake mix in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add the box of dry banana pudding to the cake mix.

3. Add 1 measured cup of thawed out pineapple concentrate. (use concentrate not juice)(if you can't find the concentrate, you can put a cup of canned pineapples in the blender until smooth)

4. Add 1/3 cup of oil.

5. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

6. Add 1/2 cup of rum.

7. Add 4 eggs/

8. Add one stick of melted butter.

9. Mix all ingredients together until nice and smooth.

10. Cook according the instructions on the box.

11. Let cake cook to room temperature ice the cake with cream cheese frosting and garnish with chopped walnuts.
