Trap life may be good but we are living in the end times. And some sisters are caught up in an apocalyptic frame of mind. We can tell this by the hairstyles. There is a serious wash n go situation influenced with black hair influenced by this looming Armageddon. This trend is inspired by movies like Brown Girl Begins:
There are these BRAND NEW products on the market that are made to make your wash n go's better. Deep Leave in Conditioners... now isn't that something new? In order to achieve this look, sisters have been leaving deep conditioners in their hair...(not the professional way to use them) .... so now we have deep leave in conditioner like the 5 Butter Leave in Miracle conditioner from Flawless by Gabrielle Union.
Black hair is high maintenance no matter what style you choose. There is no escaping it. Wash n Go and braid out hairstyles are similar in inspiration. Ironically, these styles are hard to make happen on natural hair. These products work their magic on relaxed and tex laxed hair. Therefore, if you want this style to POP for you, use chemicals! Wash n Go and braid outs are so much easier on relaxed hair. Use something like the Original's Honey and Castor oil Tex-lax system. Let you hair break down so your curls can pop!
The end game is this sexy, relaxed type of floppy curly afro. And lets not forget the edge control gel.
A braid out is another way to achieve this hairstyle. This also works best on relaxed or straightened hair. When I would get a press n curl, I would do a braid out using Luster's Pink Oil Moisturizer; after my press n curl started to get a little old.
To make being an apocalyptic sister even extra sexy, pull out some camouflage.

Simple Syrup Recipe

No better way to be prepare for whatever by revisiting Tupac's album; 2Pacalypse Now. This album has major end time vibes.
