Ghetto Beef Stroganoff

Two 7.5 oz boxes of Hamburger Helper Deluxe Beef Stroganoff

Two 14 oz boxes of beef shaved steak 

8 oz can of mushrooms

milk

water

1 cup or wine (optional)

Directions:

1. Add 2-3 tbsp of oil to large pot. Brown both packages of shaved steak in pot until it's no longer red.  

2. Stir in milk, hot water, sauce mix, pasta and the mushrooms and wine. (NOTE: you can adjust how much liquids you use. It's ok to use a little less liquids than the directions require especially if you add the one cup of wine)

3. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender. Serve with a green vegetable and Texas Toast.
