Mother's Day Sunday

Mother's day Sunday is coming up on May 8, 2022 and we all love our mothers! That's why I'm excited about this year's mother's day gift. Suddenly Salmon Salad

This is a great and easy pasta salad to serve with Texas Toast and mimosa at a mother's day brunch.

2 15 oz boxes of Betty Croker Suddenly Bacon and Ranch Pasta Salad

Mayonnaise

14.75 oz can of Salmon

4 store bought already hard boiled eggs chopped (you can also boil 4 eggs)

8 oz block of cheddar cheese cubed

4-5 green onions sliced

Directions:

1. In a large aluminum dutch oven pot, make both boxes of the Suddenly pasta salad according to instructions.

2. Add salmon to pasta and mix well. (note: you may have to add a couple of extra tablespoons of mayonnaise due to the extra ingredients)

3. Add eggs, cheese and green onions. (garnish with extra green onions)

4. Mix well and serve.
