We hear so much about selfcare. Its so important to take care of yourself, spirit/soul and body. Trap Queen Foot Soak:
1/3 - 1/4 cup of Dr, Teals Pure Epsom Soaking solution with Hemp Seed Oil
1/3 - 1/4 cup baking soda
1/3 - 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
hot water
Directions:
Fill foot basin about a third or halfway with water as hot as you can stand, add Epsom salt, baking soda and vinegar. Soak feet for 15 minutes to a half hour.
