Garlic Butter Shrimp

Because this cookware is so pretty, the first thing you want to cook is something easy but fancy like garlic butter shrimp.

1 stick unsalted butter

1 1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

Salt and pepper to taste

5 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chicken stock (can be made with bouillon cubes)

Juice of 1 lemon 1/3 cup

Directions:

• Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large frypan over medium heat. Stir in salt and pepper.

• Add in shrimp. Stir and cook until shrimp are pink, 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.

• Mix in garlic in frying pan, stirring frequently, about 1 minute.

• Mix in chicken stock and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer until liquid reduces by half, 2 minutes.

• 1 tbsp at a time, mix in the remaining butter until melted. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Serve immediately
