I love the ministry of wife of gangster rapper Gucci Mane, Keisha Ka'Oir. She started in the game as a smokin' hott video vixen and made it her business to help other sister's get there. Part of her empire includes Ka'Oir Fitness which should always be a game plan, if you are a trap queen.
For those of you who are suicidal, she offer's a 14-Day weight loss plan. I have never been able to follow a diet because of the cravings. I did the Maker's Diet for 14 days but I had to have 2 bags of Cheetos because of the cravings. However I do believe in supplements from time to time. I know from experience that supplements work better when you don't diet (meaning eat anything you want) and take them on a healthier schedule like once a week. That's why I like supplements like her slimming tea.
Another diet hack is to amplify your SlimFast diet by only replacing one meal a day. Add 2 peanut butter sandwiches (on white bread) along with the meal replacement drink. Don't worry about the extra calories. Trust me, you will be more satisfied, which means, better results.
Speaking of Gucci, fortunately, "House of Gucci" is still in movie theatres. I can't think of a better date night.
