
DIY DETOX FOOT SOAK

Ingredients:

1 cup Epsom salts

½ cup apple cider vinegar (If making ahead to store, omit liquid ingredients like ACV until you are ready for your foot soak)

(optional) 10–20 drops of the essential oil(s) of your choosing

(optional) dried herbs
Directions:

Pour your warm water (as warm as you can tolerate) into a basin of your choosing, that is large enough for your feet and the water without causing overflow. Do not fill your basin all the way to the top, or it will spill over when you rest your feet in. I would recommend that you do not use a metal bowl, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the bentonite clay.

Add your Epsom salts, bentonite clay, apple cider vinegar, essential oils and herbs of your choosing to the water. Mix together to allow the salts to dissolve.

Soak your feet for approximately 20 minutes (Yay if you can get 20 minutes of foot soaking time - you girls know what I'm talking about)
