If you want to embrace "bougie farmhouse" living, then make your kitchen and dining area a "Cracker Barrel" kitchen.

This is easily done by decorating with a rooster theme. A rooster theme is country but bold and should be limited to the kitchen and the china cabinet.

Have fun thrift shopping and find an old but sturdy china cabinet. Paint it with Annie Sloan chalk paint. If you don't want to paint rooster murals on your china cabinet, then just use it to show off your rooster dishes.
