A look like this is asking for colorful jewelry. If bought jewelry from a street vendor, now is the time to wear it. If you cant find any seed bead hoops, you can go to Michaels, buy the materials and make some. It's one of the easier and cuter jewelry projects.

The beauty of cuffed denim is that, any denim can be dressed up for an evening look. Trade in the ribbed tank for a peasant top and comfy sandals for dressier ones.

As far as makeup goes, if the shirts are bold and the jewelry is bold, then the makeup should be bold. Nothings makes more of a statement then bold lips.
